How is CVS Health MyChart Login Secure?

CVS MyChart Login

The CVS MyChart login portal is available for use by all CVS Health patients. If you receive care through CVS services such as MinuteClinic®, CVS MyChart will provide a personalized, CVS-specific experience for your online healthcare management while including the full range of MyChart functionality.

New User?: An active MyChart account will help you unlock all the features of the CVS Health patient portal. You can create an account online if you do not have a CVS MyChart account. If you already have, follow the steps below to log in.

  • Copy https://mychart.cvshealth.com/MyChartPRD/Authentication/Login to your browser.
  • Enter your MyChart username and password in the spaces provided and
  • Click Sign In.

Did You Forget Your Username/Password?

You can retrieve it through your saved passwords on your computer browser OR click on forgot username? or forgot password? just below the login information. The system will help you retrieve or update this information.

It will require that you enter your full name and date of birth for username retrieval and your username, date of birth, and zip code for password retrieval.
