Forgot Password?
Almost all services do not recover or display your previously used password when using the “Forgot Password” feature. Instead, you are either given a temporary password or prompted to create a new one. In both cases, you will set a new password to access the CVS MyChart patient portal securely.
How To Reset CVS MyChart Account Password
If you forgot your password, you need to follow a few simple steps, and the system will send you an email with a verification code, allowing you to reset your password. If you forget your CVS MyChart account password, you can reset it by following the steps below;
Step 1: To reset your password, copy https://mychart.cvshealth.com/MyChartPRD/passwordreset.asp to your browser or click the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page and complete the steps to create a new password.
Step 2: Enter your CVS MyChart username, date of birth, ZIP code, and email address associated with your account.
Step 3: Click “Next” to receive a verification code via email or text message, depending on your contact preferences.
Step 4: Enter the verification code on the website to verify your identity.
Step 5: Once verified, you will be prompted to create a new password.
Step 6: After setting your new password, you can log in to your CVS MyChart account using your updated credentials.
If you need to update your personal information (e.g. home address, e-mail, emergency contacts) Click on Your Menu and scroll down to Personal Information. To change your password, Click on your Menu and scroll down to Security Settings.
